We had an amazing breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold options including fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, and bacon. The pool was large with plenty of sun beds available. The restaurant was delicious and the pool bar was fantastic. The room was spacious with tall ceilings and the front desk staff were accommodating in arranging a taxi for us. The hotel was conveniently located close to Rome attractions. The bed and pillows were comfy, making for a great night's sleep. a great hotel!

I recently stayed at a hidden gem of a hotel, the Crowne Plaza in Rome. Our family had a great time thanks to the family-friendly facilities and the warm hospitality of Lorenzo, who always had a smile for us. The staff was helpful and the included breakfast was delicious. The outdoor pool was surprisingly deep and perfect for a refreshing swim, and they even provided towels. There was also a small pool for the kids. The bar and café were nice, and the chambermaids kept our room spotless. The shuttle bus and on-site shop were convenient, and the gym facilities were good. it was a great hotel for a large family like ours.

We had such a great time staying at this place! The location was perfect - not too far from the city centre, but quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The service was excellent too - the staff were always smiling and happy to help us with anything we needed. We especially loved the room amenities, including the tea and coffee facilities and the comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the variety of special diet menus available.

The pool and spa at Crowne Plaza were absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed the roman bath, sauna, and turkish bath, and the massage service was top-notch. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The restaurant also exceeded our expectations, serving delicious food in a lovely ambiance. Though we did have a small issue with ordering a glass of wine and receiving a whole bottle, it didn't detract from our overall positive experience.
